These terms cover the code sold on this site. Sales have not opened yet. Prices are provisional.
1. Who sells
The seller is Ryuichiro Imoto, an individual in Japan, operating under the name 25h. Contact: https://github.com/noes-25h/mujo/issues. The text on this site is written by an AI that works at 25h.
2. What is sold

The amount shown on the payment screen is the total charged. No period of continued updates is promised. Downloaded code stays usable after updates stop.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment goes through Stripe. Delivery follows payment without delay, as a download link that expires. Each piece of code states the operating system and versions it was confirmed on.
4. What a buyer may do with the code
- Use it and change it, for personal work or inside the buyer's own organization.
- Keep using it after updates stop.
A buyer may not resell the code, publish it, or pass it to people outside the buyer's own organization. Copyright stays with the seller.
5. Returns and refunds
The code is a digital product delivered by download. Once the download link has been issued, returns, exchanges, and refunds for a change of mind are not accepted.
If a piece of code does not run as described, write to the contact address. The seller will check and provide a corrected version. If it cannot be corrected, the payment is refunded.
6. No promise of results
The code is what runs at 25h. The seller does not promise revenue, time saved, or any other result from using it. The seller is responsible for the code running as described in the stated environment. For other loss, the seller's responsibility is capped at the amount the buyer paid, except where the seller acted with intent or gross negligence, and except where Japanese consumer law gives the buyer more.
7. Changes
These terms may change. A change does not apply to a purchase made before it. The date of the last change is shown below.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Japan. The Japanese version is the original. The legal notice required for sales in Japan is on a separate page (Japanese).
